Self Attribution Theory and you

I tried to make a better starting definition of this Social Psychology theory than I gave in my original video (posted here for a few hours yesterday, but deleted because I decided to re-tweak it after getting some feedback from a friend, because I'm also trying to improve my video making and editing by getting in my practice), by splicing in a new one minute video before hand.

The video speaks about a Theory of Causality in human behavior and how we rationalize what we do with "internal" reasons if is something intrinsically good to do, e.g. -"This is the Christian thing to do", vs external reasons of being paid, or otherwise rewarded, versus other kinds of negative motivations of being threatened, nagged etc. And of course, as most would expected internal reasons are much better as far as being long lasting.

Circumstances however are flipped when it comes to guessing the motivation of others vs. ourselves when things may be negative... but watch the video. :) It might seem a little dry in the explanation, but it has some practical value, and their are even some Christian implications when it comes to "judging" others etc.

PS - there is another short edit in section after I sign off, where I give more commentary after I first say goodbye for another minute or so.
