U.S. reinforcement troops arrive in Romania

United States troops relocating to Romania from Germany crossed into Romania from Hungary on Wednesday night, en route to U.S. bases in the country on the Black Sea as reinforcements continue to be brought it to shield NATO's eastern flank from potential spillover from the Ukraine crisis.
