What does "Coyote Mindset" mean?

The Coyote is one of the most adaptable animals on the planet, we should all strive to be as resourceful and tenacious as the Coyote.

When I decided to start offering self defense and preparedness training the Coyote was the obvious choice as a mascot. Are there other animals that are stronger or more intimidating? Sure, but few are as clever and capable across multiple environments and challenges.
There is a reason that Native American folklore refers to the Coyote as a "shapeshifter".
