Dr. Shelley McIntosh - Memoir Of A Black Christian Nationalist

Author Dr. Shelley McIntosh's new memoir, Memoir Of A Black Christian Nationalist: Seeds Of Liberation, describes her early life up in Detroit, where she lived through the 1967 rebellion, saw part of her neighborhood burn to the ground, and the national guard housed in her high school. Searching for a way to stop the injustice and rebuild her world, she joined the Shrine of the Black Madonna.

For 28 years, Dr. McIntosh volunteered in a church community that purchased and built numerous training institutions, nurseries, dining halls, children's institutes, and meditation and cultural centers. Dr. McIntosh states that there is a humane way to solve social unrest, crime, and poverty. A prototype exists in the Shrine of the Black Madonna. She lived it. And that’s why she wrote her book.

Dr. McIntosh's book contains fascinating research about the historical and DNA proof that Mary and Jesus came from an African Jewish community. She cites the PBS documentary, the DNA of Jesus, and many other sources. She also chronicles the adoption of the young African Christian religion by the Roman Empire, which allegedly changed Jesus’ biography and skin color to make his story palatable to Romans and other nationalities.

Dr. McIntosh holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies and Elementary Education, a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction/Elementary Education, and a Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction/Teacher Education from the University of Houston.
