Guild Wars 2 #60 - Recalibrating the Waypoints/Taimi's Device

Taimi's ready for us now. Despite the interference of the Arcane Council she's managed to finish the device and is ready for the first demonstration. This is what we need to convince Phlunt to attend the summit and he's the last holdout. We NEED this to go well if we're going to get the Asura on board, and unfortunately the Asura are one of the most critical races. So lets make sure this goes off without a hitch.
