The last few days have been... suboptimal. I REALLY didn't feel like making a video, and I REALLY didn't want to go to the gym.

I decided to force myself to get in a workout. 3 hours later... I felt quite a bit better!

Exercise is damn near magical sometimes. It releases endorphins, gets the blood flowing, and provides extra oxygen to the brain.

Stuck in a rut? I'd advise a little exercise to help break out.
