Sophie Bashford (C.Psychol) BPS Chartered & HCPC Registered Performance Psychologist | Senior Performance Psychologist at British Rowing
Sophie currently works as a performance psychologist working with the British rowing team and British skeleton team. Her role is to support these teams through the summer and winter Olympic cycles for them to perform at the pinnacle of theirs sports competition whilst navigating the challenges that come across a four year cycle. Primarily she aims to enable the athletes coaches and staff to thrive by pursuing performance excellence under pressure and maintaining a healthy positive wellbeing.
