Grain-Free Veggie Nachos (Siete Chips)

These nachos are grain-free and paleo-friendly! They are super light, clean, and savory!

Recipe:

Ingredients
- 24 oz. of Organic Valley Raw Cheddar Cheese (grated)
- 3 Jalapeño Peppers (sliced)
- 3 Sweet Peppers (sliced)
- 1 Whole Red Onion (diced)
- 1/2-1 Cup of Cilantro (chopped)
- 2 Bags of Siete Tortilla Chips
- Avocado Purée or Guacamole

Process
1) Pre-heat the oven to 300°F.
2) Evenly spread out the tortilla chips on a parchment lined baking tray and top with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for 6 to 8 minutes.
3) Once the cheese is fully melted, add the remainder of the toppings.
4) Serve with avocado purée or guacamole.
5) Enjoy!
