It's common when problem solving or dealing with technology that you experience issues. These can be extremely frustrating.

It is especially common that as a Software Developers, Engineers or IT professionals you encounter these, due to the fast paced environment and problem solving focus.

I made this meditation to help you alleviate tension, stress and negative emotions when problem solving. This meditation helps you let go of whatever limiting feelings you may be experiencing with your current problem. We then imagine ourselves having solved the problem, and affirm positive beliefs and intentions (through affirmations) to motivate us and shift our state into one that is positive and empowered. Lastly, we practice Metta - loving kindness meditation, to feel grateful for our life, and the challenge we are currently facing.
