Arrest for entering school grounds with a flag

hi so about 2 weeks ago I put decals on my vehicle saying
Support our truckers
Stand for our freedom
Protect our kids
Then one of the parents started bringing Canada flags to school then a couple days later i brought my truck after a rally weekend with a f_ck Trudeau flag and 2 Canada days flags and parked it off school property 2 days later one of the other parents brought a small flag to school and I had my truck parked on city road across from school with all the flags mentioned above this morning the principal came out and told the other parent that we can’t have Canada flags on school property which we refused to take Canada flag off school property they told us it makes a political statement and I said what about the one hanging from the school and how about the rainbow cross walk those are both political statements this situation ended up escalating as the principal did not come out in a nice way at all this situation ended up escalating by the end. Then Friday morning school board and cop show up I say hi I’ll come talk you after we drop kids off. So went and talk to the school board and police officer was about half hour talk we disagreed on a lot but nothing I was doing was unlawful we came to the agreement that Canada flags can be on school property. Then Friday afternoon we pick up kids no problems with flags Friday afternoon. Weekend goes by Monday morning school board and police again we have flags 6 of us in total and now they changed there tune and want Canada flags off school property we say no no altercation or yelling or bullying by us they kept trying to tell us no flags we stay silent and again say we agreed on Friday with police and have it on video that we can have flags. Right before kids get out of school today we get served papers can’t be on school ground now it is in the lawyers hands. We have so much evidence on this school and other events that have happened to other kids at this school it will be a cut and dry case and yes there was a altercation the Thursday afternoon which was repeorted to police and the school cameras show the guy exiting his blue truck and starting a altercation and that was the event that should not of happened but did due to outside involvement.
