The Biden administration gives 30 million for crack pipes

It's a sad state of affairs when the Democratic party (Biden administration) uses racist ideas to promote giving crack pipes to underserved communities (people of color) as they call the people of color. These racist remarks and ideas puts all people of color in one category. How pathetic! Unfortunately, the legacy news outlets don't want you to know anything that's going on under the covers, so they use race to cover the corruption.
