Processing a Javelina for slow cooking

A video I put together showing me prepping, processing and seasoning Javelina I harvested. We got every bit of meat off this we could.

Seasoned with Garlic, Rosemary and salt. Put a sauce made from soy sauce, worcestershire, liquid smoke and lemon juice.

I shot this Javelina with a bow so there's a bit of blood clotting.
