Medically Incapacitated while court proceedings to EVICT me in the DEAD of Winter !?!

It is very hard for me to even maintain much composure in person these days with the raw, uncertain & vulnerable place those in the Windham & Windsor Housing brain trust feel justified repeatedly leaving me in !!
Especially regarding these one sided court proceedings to EVICT me in the DEAD of Winter..
