This is a Japan silent hiking film on how the distinction between nature & urban are being blurred. But regardless of your location, seek out a path from grey, asphalt societies and enter into the pristine green tunnels, as much as possible.

Yes, there are far more enticing wildernesses beyond the borders of major urban cities. But IF time is short, and you cannot venture too far away, don't allow it to be an excuse to stay home. Your local park will do just fine. Local hiking trails. A school yard field. Anything you can put your footprint where the ground turns to dirt and grass. It's an instant relief.

For me anyway. Hope you feel the same. Enjoy the short hiking film.

I guess we'll call it hiking. I did walk 15KM today. Good enough for me.
