1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
1 (14 ounce) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 large eggs large eggs
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon salt
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

Method
1st step
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, spices, and salt until smooth. Pour into the pie crust. 15 minutes in the oven
Step 2 Lower the oven temperature to 350°F and bake for another 35–40 minutes, or until a knife inserted 1 inch from the edge of the crust comes out clean. Cool. As desired, garnish. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container.
