Gymnastic Hollow Body Hold | Mobility Routine | Online Coach

A hollow body hold, mixed with balance/flexibility. This is one of my favourite routines to add to a client's program.

You want to do this for 30 seconds /1-minute intervals. If you struggle to do this movement, then I suggest you try it with repetitions instead and have a 10-second break between reps.

If you have a mobility routine that you follow, this would be a great addition to that.
