Shift Despair: Drive + Sing/Belt it out, or Dance/Move Until it Shifts

If you get really upset or are in a mood you really want to shift out of that awful, dreadful feeling, put on your fave music, and go somewhere where you can sing & scream at the top of your lungs, or dance, or run... just keep singing, driving, dancing, or walking until it shifts.

After work I was so angry, upset, confused, helpless, hurt... and put on some music and started belting it out - screaming and yelling to the music, until I was rapping and smiling and had definitely lifted a few levels up out of the darkness.
