Otto house top of enterianment center 2008

I realize it is dark but there is a sleigh ride village on top of the entertainment center that is modeled after a Street in St. Louis. The sleigh goes through the town and activates characters as it does. Then there is a fiber optic village and tree, followed by the rotating Christmas tree.
