Coach Kita Busse, Grant Chancellor-Maddison, Mike Seiffert, and Andy Stockwell discuss the evolution of the 180 Firearms Training "Train Smart" class from it's infancy of being drafted on a plane to now a two-day class with a power point, lots of amazing drills and a workbook.

The Train Smart class teaches training techniques being used by the top competition shooters in the world for USPSA, IDPA, 3 Gun, and IPSC. It teaches how to set up your training plan based on your goals. Look Smart Vision Training is a large portion of this class to include eye movement for moving targets, saccades, and smooth visual pursuits. We use @BlazePod for reaction training, randomization, and footwork speed/agility drills.
