RDR2 | Arthur's New Method of Interrogation

Here's a weird bug I came across during an interrogation. I chose to beat the guy but Arthur just drops him on the ground and he runs away while Arthur stands there frozen. I waited to see how far the conversation would go with him gone. Eventually I thought to go after him but ended up failing the mission.
