Daily Workout Routine #8: Burn Calories + Six-Pack + Obliques

Welcome to Day 8 of our Daily Workout series! So glad you made it this far! Today is Abs and Obliques day, so brace yourself...

We're starting with a nice cardio/HIIT mini session that's about 5 min long. This HIIT block requires significant cardio effort so it will also help you shred that extra fat!

Then we're switching to the strength block: our Abs and Obliques exercises (about 10 minutes)
