The House of the Seven Gables - The Couple Next Door

The Couple Next Door was a radio series which aired on CBS Radio during the waning days of network radio, (December 30, 1957 – November 25, 1960) with Peg Lynch and Alan Bunce as the married couple. The show was named Best Daytime Radio Program for 1959 by The National Association for Better Radio and Television.

The House of the Seven Gables (also known as the Turner House or Turner-Ingersoll Mansion) is a 1668 colonial mansion in Salem, Massachusetts, named for its gables. It was made famous by Nathaniel Hawthorne's 1851 novel The House of the Seven Gables. It was built for Captain John Turner and stayed with the family for three generations
