On Today's Show:
Don't call it a comeback but all three of us are finally back on the show together! Just in time too because Todd and James are about to be heading out and flying into Denver for the 2021 Craft Brewers Conference. I don't want to talk about why I'm not going with them. :|

On the show this week we did have a great time. Our first question was about the hop testing pale ale I brewed and the specialty grains that I had forgotten to add to it.

Next, a listener asked us about what type of milling he should do to his grains if he's brewing on an Anvil Foundry.

After that, we took a question about filtering your wort in between the kettle (during your brew day!) and whatever device you're using as a fermentation vessel.

We then wrapped up this week's show with a question about dispensing from a keg that is lying on its' side. Good idea or terrible idea?
