10 Day German Pils | Grain to Glass Ep. 9

German Pils is amazingly crisp, slightly bitter, with a light malty bodied beer that is perfect for any time of year. I brewed this one specifically for a competition, I hope I don't drink it all before then.

0 Min 1.5oz Hallertauer Mittelfrueh

Yeast: saflager w-34 70
Ferment at 65F under 10psi pressure
