On Today's Show:
Todd and James join me to take on YOUR homebrewing questions which included -

A listener wanted to know what he might be doing wrong because he's 12 brew days into the craft and hasn't been happy with the head retention every beer has had. We give our opinions on what might be causing it and a bunch of options for troubleshooting and resolving!

Another listener is upgrading from buckets and wants a conical fermenter. Even though he's only brewing 5 gallon batches (for now), will using a conical made for larger volumes (10 or 15 gallon batches) be an issue while he's still brewing 5 gallon batches?

Next, we took a question about kettle insulation after a listener saw an ad for one. Why would you use insulation on a kettle?

Then we end this week's show with a question about "fixing" a stout that finished WAY too dry. First off - Todd says that there is no such thing as TOO dry. What do you think?
