Pozner's Order On Motion To Recuse
http://memoryholeblog.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/2018_03_19_13_53_52-1.pdf

Wolfgang has a new attorney and it seemed to help him out tremendously. Pozner and his attorney were no shows again, leaving only the paralegal in their place. Liz Wahl with Newsy were set to be the sole camera in the courtroom but when they didn't arrive on time I was able to take their place. They were not happy about that and proceeded to grill the courthouse media liaison and question the validity of my press credentials. It's clear that Liz and Newsy are not concerned about the truth and their only goal is to create a hit piece on Wolfgang to make him look crazy. The judge ruled that Pozner must show for his deposition next week and granted Wolfgang permission to record it.
