People handle anger by:
1. Stuffing their Anger
2. Spewing their Anger.

Anger can be sinful and evil. However, anger can also be good.

Proverbs on Anger (Proverbs 12:16; 14:16-17, 29, 35; 15:1, 18; 16:32; 18:1; 19:3, 11, 19, 21:14; 22:24-25; 29:8-10, 22; 30:33).

READ Yourself Accurately
• Recognize your emotions
• Evaluate their source
• Anticipate the consequences of following them
• Direct them in a godly way and on a constructive course
