Pasco Co. School Board Illegally passes Consent Agenda Item Feb. 1, 2022

The Pasco Co. school board was made aware of 4 Federal Laws, 8 violations of the Florida State Constitution, and multiple of the board's own bylaws they are violating. They were presented with a list of all the laws and statutes. The Board attorney Mr. Alphonso, misinformed the board of the legality of this situation.

12:18 Mr. Alphonso gave questionable advice to the board. Letting them know that violating laws is fine as long as NEOLA is in charge.

The board is informed that they can pull any policy at any time and ask to have it changed. Yet...even when presented with laws currently broken - Crickets - no one says anything.

NEOLA is blamed. If there are any attorneys or legal professionals out there please chime in on this issue.
