Hello my name is Sandra Thelen I am a certified self defense instructor with NO Defense to Self Defense. Our goal is to create awareness and self discovery through Gods word and self defense. My journey has led me to know the truth that God never intended us to enter into failed abusive relationships, to be assaulted, abused, used, or trafficked.

We offer many programs but have developed a program we are offering FREE where our education consist of how God calls us to self defense through his word he shows us prevention, awareness and avoidance along with teaching self defense techniques.
