when this came in from @Neeves Knives I knew I was going to like it because there are so many knives that are all so similar to everything else. It is so much different than the stuff I usually see (no that they are not great) so it was a nice change. that being said it is still super useful.

playing in the background is @Guga Foods one if my all time favorite channels hands down. I remember when I first stumbled across his channel and I was hooked. Guga is the reason I have a sous vide set up because he showed how perfect steaks were done that way on his other channel @Sous Vide Everything thanks Guga you stepped up my cooking game.
