The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Nizhny Novgorod region reported that there were no violations in the actions of the tractor driver. The police suggested that a utility worker was clearing the road in accordance with the circumstances.

"We support the tractor driver. He is a huge fellow, he is the hero of our village. That's because of people like that, who don't care about us, other people. Suddenly something will happen, that's how the fire department will come here," said Alexander Nikonov, a local resident.

"There was a fire that week, in that village, if this had happened, the fire brigade would not have come to us, but it is convenient for a person, he got up well, he quickly reached home," Ekaterina Gavrilova, a local resident, added.

For the residents of the village, this road is the only way to the city. Doctors, rescuers, policemen can get here only by it - the villagers continue. The day before there were heavy snowfalls, the track became impassable. It was necessary to clean urgently, suddenly an emergency situation. Plus, residents were literally locked in their homes.

Residents were informed in advance that they would clean the snow - they placed an ad in the general chat. The owner of Mitsubishi may have missed it, but the neighbors assure that they asked not to leave the neighbor's car here personally.

"Just when he was parking, they told him not to park the car. At that time there was one track here. And he put it like that, it was impossible to leave. You know, I don't think he cares," said Olga Kostyukova, a local resident.

The tractor driver waited several hours for the car to be removed. Finally, he contacted its owner himself.

"A person doesn't care about others, abandoned the car. He says that if you don't have the opportunity to clean, call the traffic cops, let them deal with me. Report to the authorities that you can't clean, leave," said Alexander Sharapov, the tractor driver.

The tractor driver did not call the authorities. This was his mistake, says the head. For this, the tractor driver should be punished.

"He exceeded his authority, he shouldn't have done this. It was necessary to take a picture, report to me, and then I would have contacted the police, the administration and taken some measures," said Alexander Shchavelev, head of the snow removal contractor.

They could not wait until the measures were taken - people need a road - the head of the contracting organization continues. Without a record, he adds: he understands the employee and in his place, he probably would have done the same. But the tractor driver will still be reprimanded. They will not be fined or fired.

"The owner can apply to an expert organization in order to assess all the damages, with a subsequent appeal to the court to recover the damage caused," lawyer Yevgeny Gibadullin said.

Outwardly, the car is intact and is now parked in another place. The police did not find any violations in the actions of the tractor driver. and the villagers now greet him as a national hero.
