Blow over the short pipe while covering the two other ends with your thumbs.

If you can blow over the opening of a plastic bottle, it's the same thing but louder.

Experiment with sizes of the two larger pipes for higher and lower pitches.

Cover the extending pipe with a plastic cutting and stretch it tightly for a kazoo-like reverb.
