Brew Day: 10 Gallons of Azacca Pale Ale

Brew day #2 on my new(ish) ten gallon Spike Brewing kettle based system, an explanation why it took so long to get to brew #2 on it, and some guest brewers including April's auction winner, Shane, who arrived to pick up his beer (a hefeweizen) that we brewed last month. It was a very fun (but hot) day.
