Box turtle shell repair.

The dogs got a box turtle yesterday I took it away from DeeOhGee but he had already broken the shell on the underside of the shell. I felt sorry for it and took it away from him. With it being on the bottom there will be more of a chance of infection getting into it. I have to give it a chance. I cleaned it out with a butadiene scrub, put antibiotic ointment on it . Then put him a patch on it using that strong masking tape. He is moving around a little bit more today. Even keeping his head out when I check on him.
