Kremlin says has plans to minimize harm from U.S. sanctions

The Kremlin said on Wednesday (February 2) that Russia had plans in place to hedge against possible U.S. sanctions and to minimize their consequences and urged the White House to stop "whipping up tensions" in Europe.
