Blockchain Discussion: How Blockchain Can Build and Destroy Trust

In this blockchain discussion, I discuss how blockchain can build trust by creating an immutable record to provide confidence in records kept by Government and Private Industry. I also discuss how Ethereum was nearly destroyed by an early exploit of The DAO that forced the administrators of Ethereum to decide between the immutability of that blockchain and the loss of millions of dollars by people who placed their confidence in that blockchain.
