We should legalize guns, drugs and nukes. Those things doesnt kill people, its people who do it

The reason is why we dont ban knives or cars is they arent primary focus for murder, a car is used for driving, a knife is used for cutting as a tool (Paper, item cutting)... an Axe is used for chopping woods for fire place. Basically tools with a purpose. A gun is friggin designed for murder, pure and simple. Its common sense.
