Next they discuss Zalmay Khalilzad who spoke at an event affiliated with the Quincy Institute. Scott and Vlahos discuss Khalilzad’s role in U.S. foreign policy. Finally Vlahos talks a bit about Mark Perry, her friend and coworker who passed away in August.
