Low Content books banned from Amazon Books, and does it really matter?

Rumours have been going around for some time that lined journals and blank paged items and other things more suited to being called stationary will be removed from the Books category and placed in stationary. How true or real that is, is anyone's guess, but the murmurings appear to be getting louder of late. What do you think, should low and no content be removed from the books category?
