Meteorologists cannot predict Bomb Cyclone's severity before it hits US East Coast

Forecasters are puzzled by the winter storm that is set to hit the US East Coast, uncertain of its track.

“It’s been a tricky one to forecast, from New York up the coast,” a meteorologist said before adding it could dump a foot of snow or just a few inches.
