Eating Bacon With Bobtheorc 1-28-22 Civil Asset Forfeiture, They Just Want Your Money

Once again, we are hanging out with friends on Friday nihgt after a long work week. City of Norman Councilman, Stephen Tyler Holman, joins us to tell us a story of Big Government going too far. The Friendly Market was raided by the police, who used Civil Asset Forfeiture to seize the business assets, claiming drug paraphernalia. The case was fought all the way up to the State of Oklahoma Supreme Court, where the defendants were victorious!
