A heart healthy Oatmeal my wife makes almost daily.

One Egg
Almond Milk - About a cup or to your satisfaction.
Whole Grain Oats - One & a half scoops.
Blueberries (frozen)
Cinnamon - Dust to your satisfaction
Honey - Drizzle to your satisfaction

Other Directions
One and a half scoops of Oats. Or to the consistency you like.
The Egg and Almond Milk provides protein and with the egg it's like an egg bake.
Substitute's : Any fruit, peanut butter, Chocolate chips. Etc.
