1. Make a mental note of what you're concentrating on.
Begin by observing what you naturally concentrate on. Do you prefer to focus on what's going well in your life or on what's going wrong? Obstacles and challenges will inevitably come when you attempt to achieve your dreams. But if you concentrate on what's right, you'll become a better problem solver and be able to overcome these challenges with greater ease.
2. Make a list of your worries.
It's no wonder that individuals are constantly worried because the brain has a negativity bias. To break the habit, consider keeping a "concern list" for two weeks, in which you write down anxieties as they arise. This practice will not only help you shed the heavy energy that keeps us bound, but it will also allow you to reflect on your fears afterwards to determine if any of them were justified. Worrying will then be proven to be a waste of energy in your brain.
3. Incorporate diaphragmatic breathing into your routine.
Spend a few minutes making your exhales longer than your inhales while breathing from your abdomen, not your chest. For example, if your inhale is 6 counts, make your exhale 8 counts. The parasympathetic nerve system, which is responsible for our rest-and-digest response, is activated by this sort of breathing. It will aid in the production of a sense of calm and serenity, allowing you to approach life with a clearer mind.
4. Use meditation to calm the monkey mind.
Meditation calms the monkey mind, which is prone to negativity by nature. Remember that while meditation will not stop your thoughts, it will reveal how transient they are. As a result, it can assist you in refocusing your attention away from stressful, negative patterns that your mind has developed through time.
5. Write down your blessings in a thankfulness diary.

6. Imagine what your life would be like after you attain your goals.
Read from the list every day, first thing in the morning and right before bed, once you've put down your goals and connected with your why. Spend a few moments visualising and connecting with the sensation of attaining your goals.
7. Have the impression that you already have all you desire.
Feeling is the same as believing. Allow yourself to be transported to a world where everything has gone your way. Pay attention to the small things: how this world looks, feels, and sounds. This will make you feel more energised and positive and will motivate you to keep taking inspired action toward your goals.
Whether or not you believe in the law of attraction, developing these habits can at the very least help you get clear on what you want—and they could just help you obtain it.
