Old School Rave Arm Dance Workout - Moby GO (Rainforest Mix)

I'm 51. In March 2022 I will be 52 years old. I moved in Los Angeles when I was 22 and spent many a weekend dancing the night away in the rave scene. I was a big Moby fan and got to see him live at a massive LA rave in the mid 1990s.

For you youngsters out there, this is just my version of how we used to dance a lot with our arms. Pretend I'm holding onto some glow sticks - you get the idea. I may not be moving the rest of my body that much, but this is a WORKOUT. (I can't believe I used to do this all night!) I wasn't doing drugs back then and I'm not on drugs now.
