Make Popcorn with eBike Batteries?

I make popcorn using my electric bike batteries. To do this I use two of my electric bike batteries, DIY power strip, 1500 watt dc to ac Inverter, and a microwave.

I could of used one battery given they are each list at 48 volt 30 amps; however I wanted to take it easy on the battery wires and split the load between two batteries.

This test went great and this system was able to handle it with no problems. Took about 1400 watts for 2 minutes and 25 seconds to cook the popcorn to perfection.
