Liquid-Applied Coating Systems are certainly a hot topic right now.
But why?
Many building owners we speak with are concerned that common roofing materials may not be available for almost a year, and are frustrated because they need to address roof leaks today.

With the current material shortages, it may make sense to look at a liquid-applied solution in lieu of a reroofing project.

If you’re considering a liquid-applied coating, there are specific minimum steps that need to happen for the project to turn out successfully.

Briefly, those steps would look like this:
1 Examine the roof to see if it is a candidate for a coating
2 Determine which type of coating is appropriate
3 Perform an adhesion test
4 Perform a Roof Moisture Survey
5 Perform repairs, remove wet insulation
6 Clean and Prep Roof
7 Apply coating
