I'm sure you've seen this, but WHY 2 interpreters??

Did anyone notice this? Is he trying to be inclusive? And what are they saying? Because what he's saying is about as STUPID as ever, and I truly pray the truckers get their point across peacefully! God Bless America, and God Save the entire CONTINENT!
