We knew this day was coming, we just didn't know when. Justice Breyer's retirement was leaked by the IIC regime ahead of his wishes, but that's democrats for you. His value to them has come to an end, so out the door he goes. It is illegal to base hiring decisions based on sex or race in the Federal Government, but like in every case, two years ago the IIC stated during a dem debate that he would nominate a black birthing person to the court. In the big picture it probably doesn't matter because it is just going to replace one left wing nutcase with another left wing nutcase but hopefully it doesn't distract the nation about the the rest of the news cycle and the disintegration of the country because of crime, foreign policy failures, economic implosion etc. Matt Walsh joins Tucker to discuss this development.
