Here's the maiden voyage of my new large Pit Barrel Cooker, the PBX.

Not gonna say it was perfect, but this cooker is so easy to use even a knucklehead such as myself was even able to pull it off.

Overall the cook went well! I did have some fire management issues at the end, and to be quite honest I could have kept these on maybe another 20 minutes... but they ended up great! I've since had another cook that went much smoother, although I did have some more fire management issues. I'm not used to using lump so I'll probably be using bricketees for a little while until I get this down perfect. Also my apologies, I got hit with the flu or something and wasn't in the best shape when I video'd this.
