Potatoes & Chorizo breakfast taco

Often people have asked me to make this favorite Mexican (Texican) breakfast dish. So, in my humble little kitchen I put this DYI cooking episode to share a recipe my mother taught me. It's easy to make a delicious, fantastic, authentic Mexican breakfast dish that will make your mouth water and fill you belly to a major satisfaction.

3 cups of chopped potatoes
1/2 cup of chopped onions
1 tbsp. of minced garlic
salt
pepper
parsley
(Goya) Adobo
Mrs. Dash (or substitute)
1/2 pack of Mexican Chorizo
3 eggs
flour or corn tortillas
